I retired recently and I am loving it. We bought 17 acres of woods and land and built our home on it right after retirement. I love the country life as I have always been a country girl at heart. I have a little dog of mix breeding and she is my little angel. We adopted her when she was 1 1/2 years old, she is now 10 1/2. She is our little princess but she thinks she is the queen. My only child, Jason, died 12 years ago at the tender age of 26, and I miss him so much. It is my faith that keeps me going without him. God gives me the strength every day to get by without Jason. I have made a meditation garden where I talk with God and his universe. I talk with Jason there to. I have a tree planted there in Jason's honor.
